This review is long overdue. I was actually going to give my co-worker the phone number to Serene Dental Spa when I thought I'd drop a line to express my appreciation. I mean, who likes their dentist as much as I do? I know my friends don't. Dr. Tran is the best. He is professional and really knows a lot! I recently had a cavity filled my teeth whitened at Serene Dental Spa. I feel like a new person. I recommend them and so does the rest of my family.
This is a great dental spot. From switching from dentist to another, I am glad that I finally found a dentist that I like and am comfortable with. Dr. Javed is sweet, professional, and always fits me into her hectic schedule. My work hours are tough and they know that so, they work around what time works for me. Dropping by to leave a review and I see all the wonderful reviews that Serene Dental Spa's patients have left. It's no lie that Serene Dental Spa has great dentists and wonderful customer service. I recently got my teeth deep cleaned and a few cavities filled. I don't like going to the dentist but Dr. Javed always makes it a breeze. I will be returning in a few months for another cleaning. The office staff is always on time with their cleaning reminders.
It is always a good experience when I visit Serene Dental Spa. I always leave happy knowing my tooth issues are gone. I don't mind going to the dentist and never have but at Serene Dental Spa the experience is like no other. Dr. Javed is a true professional who loves what she does. She always gives me tips and advice on how to avoid certain things since I have very sensitive teeth. She takes her time to answer my questions and be as helpful as possible. I also love how the facility is always clean. I recommend them, for sure!
Serene Dental Spa not only has the best dentist...but offers quality customer service and attention to all their patients. I love how at any given time I can contact Serene Dental Spa and they'll fit me in their schedule somehow. I haven't even been a patient for too long but they still care to take care of my needs. I must say that Dr. Tran is one of the best dentists I have ever had in my life. I moved to NC a year ago and was in search of a dentist. My friend referred me to Dr. Tran at Serene Dental Spa. I've thanked her a million times for the recommendation. I had some work that I needed to take care of and Dr. Tran came to the rescue.
